  • $\displaystyle n=1\rightarrow$ non-cooperative
  • $\displaystyle 0<n<1$ negatively cooperative
  • $\displaystyle n>1\rightarrow$ positively cooperative
• Describes protein cooperativity

• $\displaystyle v_{\text{max}}$ is the max reaction velocity
• $\displaystyle K_{m}$ is the Michaelis constant
