R-state Hemoglobin

The relaxed state of hemoglobin that has a higher binding affinity to $\mathrm{O}{}_2$ than T-state Hemoglobin. This state is predominant when there are many $\mathrm{O}{}_2$ bound to the hemoglobin subunits
